The workers here have always been respectful and provided answers to my questions. The facility has been kept clean, both inside and outside. The lighting has never been a problem, and the security of the unit is that with roll-up door, metal walls, and fenced wire overhead. My unit also has extra high clearance that is normally not found in storage facilities. The only negative I have is the closure of the restroom which should be a mandatory amenity for any storage facility as when going through items at your storage, a restroom is as much of a function as the security, lighting, and cleanliness, which is why I can only give this a 4 star rating.

The facility is well maintained and the lift elevator can handle all my stuff in one trip. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever I have a question.

6 months ago, I met the lady named Sandra. She is super friendly and provided donuts for customers. During this visit, I have not seen her and the new staff is a male now. I hope Sandra will be back to work soon.
