I have been going through so much recently and the kindness of the manager Michael was so refreshing. I immediately felt taken care of as a single gal so the whole process was easy peasy Update: yes I could recognize that. lol But… on the other hand I have a few other issues that are not to happy to report. “MATHEW.” What up with this guy? Every time I have come on the weekends he acts like he can’t be bothered. The attitude is atrocious and I think I’ve had it. Today when I expressed my displeasure he told me “ I don’t even know you lady , have a nice day” He has made comments like that Some of the customers are shady at best too it seems… I’m going to have to look somewhere else unfortunately… sorry

We were looking for short term storage for our daughter's dorm stuff and Arcadia Self Storage allowed me to reserve quickly online and the price was very fair. When we went in on a Sunday morning, the assistance we received was top notch! We received a tour of the facility and lots of assistance. I highly recommend Arcadia Self Storage!

I specifically chose this place others in the surrounding areas because of their prices. I made a reservation online to secure a 5’x5’ closet a day before my move in date. When I went in to officially get set up, Matthew who worked the front desk did a great job at getting me set up and giving me a tour of the building and how to work the elevator (a very old school style elevator). After a few months the prices will increase which was unfortunate when I was told. But the location is easy to get to, easy to maneuver around and very secure with cameras in all directions on all floors.
